Our systematic approach to mortgage loans involves the development and
implementation of a plan which begins with fact finding. An inventory is taken
of all available assets, liabilities and resources. Procurement of necessary
documentation including an appraisal of the subject property is the next step.
At this point the information is evaluated to determine the exact nature of the
wants and needs of the client. The fact finding includes an evaluation of the
client's personal philosophy, and past experiences with mortgage loans. We
believe that the placement of an effective mortgage loan must be preceded by a
full appreciation of the client 's tolerance for risk,
comfort level with particular types of loan products, and personal and
financial aspirations for their family. Finally, the loan is submitted to the
lender offering the program which most closely approximates the desires of the
client. The loan is approved and arrangements are made to facilitate the
signing of the loan documents.
